The company’s Ethiopian-based subsidiary Acazis Agro-Industry manages approximately

56,000 hectares of land, which have been leased from the Ethiopian Government.
Acazis AG’s shares are traded on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

and on the Xetra trading system.
